Information submitted for one purpose will not be intentionally used for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate basis for doing so.

Some ORACLES Studios programs and activities are intended for children.

We use information relating to children only for the relevant educational, registration, communication or administrative purpose for which it was provided.

ORACLES Studios does not intend to publicly associate a student's full name with an identifiable photograph of that student.

4. Cloudflare Turnstile and Website Security

Our public website forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the website from automated, abusive or fraudulent submissions.

Turnstile may process limited technical information about a visitor's browser, device and interaction with the website as necessary to perform its security function.

Cloudflare processes this information according to its own applicable privacy terms.

ORACLES Studios uses Turnstile for website security and anti-spam purposes. It is not used by ORACLES Studios to read the content you enter into our forms.

5. Analytics and Tracking

ORACLES Studios does not use information submitted through website forms for advertising profiling.

At launch, we do not intend to enable non-essential third-party advertising or behavioural tracking technologies unless they are separately reviewed and approved.

Essential technical processing required for website security, reliability and operation may still occur.

If we introduce material analytics or tracking technologies in the future, this Privacy Notice will be updated where appropriate before those practices are introduced.

6. Sharing of Personal Information

We may use service providers that are reasonably necessary to host, operate or secure our website and process website submissions.

Where a service provider processes information in connection with our website, access should be limited to what is necessary for the relevant service.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation or lawful authority.

ORACLES Studios does not intentionally make information submitted through private website forms publicly available.

7. Data Retention

Personal information submitted through our website forms is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

As a general rule, Contact Enquiries, Trial Class Requests and Event Registration submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months, or deleted earlier when the information is no longer required for its original purpose, subject to applicable legal or administrative requirements.

If a person subsequently becomes an active student, customer or participant in an ongoing ORACLES Studios service, relevant operational or administrative records may be maintained separately from the original website submission where reasonably necessary.

When personal information is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymized or otherwise disposed of appropriately, subject to applicable requirements.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse.

However, no website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

ORACLES Studios is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services that we do not control.
