A Dedicated Number for ORACLES STUDIOS Notifications

ORACLES STUDIOS now uses a dedicated WhatsApp number for information and automated notifications delivered through the ORACLES Studios Management System (OSIMS).

Through this number, parents and students may receive information such as:

• remaining learning-session quota;
• student attendance or absence information;
• learning-package expiry reminders; and
• other important ORACLES STUDIOS information and announcements.

One-Time Activation Is Required

When we contact you through this number for the first time, you will receive an introductory message asking you to reply with:

“Ya” or “Oke”

This confirmation is required only once.

Until the confirmation is received, OSIMS will not send further automated notifications to that WhatsApp number.

Once activated, future eligible notifications can be delivered through the system without requiring another activation response.

This Number Is for Notifications, Not Customer Service

The OSIMS WhatsApp number is intended specifically for sending official information and notifications.

It does not replace the ORACLES STUDIOS Admin WhatsApp that parents and students normally use for conversations with our team.

For questions, schedule confirmations, assistance, or other matters that require a response from our team, please continue using the usual ORACLES STUDIOS Admin WhatsApp.

Please Protect Your Personal Information

Your security is important to us.

ORACLES STUDIOS will never ask you through this OSIMS WhatsApp number to provide:

• OTP or verification codes;
• PINs or passwords;
• account security codes;
• debit or credit card information;
• banking or mobile-banking credentials;
• QR codes for account verification;
• installation of applications or remote access to your device; or
• other confidential personal information.

We will also not ask you to provide sensitive information simply because you have received a message from this number.

Be Careful With Messages Claiming to Be From ORACLES STUDIOS

If you receive a suspicious message, an unfamiliar link, a request for an OTP or password, a request for confidential financial information, or any unusual instruction claiming to come from ORACLES STUDIOS:

do not provide the requested information and do not continue with the instruction.

Please verify the message first through the ORACLES STUDIOS Admin WhatsApp that you normally use.

Keeping the notification channel separate from our regular Admin WhatsApp helps us provide clearer system notifications while giving families a familiar channel for direct assistance.
