ORACLES STUDIOS Now Uses OSIMS to Support Learning Operations

Since 21 August 2026, ORACLES STUDIOS has been using the ORACLES Studios Management System (OSIMS) to support our daily learning operations.

OSIMS helps our administrative team and teachers manage important learning information in a more structured and consistent way.

This includes records such as:

• student schedules;
• learning sessions;
• session quotas;
• assessments and learning records; and
• other operational information related to ongoing classes.

Clearer Records, Faster Answers

One of the main reasons we introduced OSIMS is to make important learning information easier for our team to reference when parents or students need assistance.

Instead of relying only on manual notes, memory, or separate records, our team can use information recorded in the system to respond more quickly and with better context.

This can help when families ask about matters such as schedules, attendance, remaining session quota, learning records, or other class-related information.

Supporting Reminders and Notifications

OSIMS also supports reminders and notifications that can be sent to students or parents when relevant.

These may include information related to:

• remaining learning-session quota;
• attendance or absence;
• learning-package expiry;
• schedule-related information; and
• other important ORACLES STUDIOS notifications.

Some automated notifications are delivered through the dedicated ORACLES STUDIOS Info / OSIMS WhatsApp after the recipient completes the required one-time activation.

Reports Based on Recorded Learning Data

OSIMS also helps our team prepare information and reports based on learning records that have been entered into the system.

Our goal is to make communication with families more consistent and to reduce situations where answers depend only on assumptions or manually remembered information.

The system supports our team, while teachers and administrators remain responsible for reviewing and managing the learning process itself.
